Version 1.0 — Effective October 16, 2026

Mammoth Standard License

This license is an agreement between you and Mammoth Interactive Inc. ("Mammoth," "we," "us"), a company based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It governs your use of templates and other content you obtain from mammothtemplates.com. By purchasing, redeeming, or downloading a Template, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"Template" means any project, source code, asset, design, prompt, or other material made available on mammothtemplates.com that is covered by this license, including updates.

"End Product" means a game, application, website, or other product that you create by incorporating a Template, in whole or in part, together with your own meaningful work, and that is not itself a template, starter kit, asset pack, or similar product for other creators.

"Third-Party Materials" means components inside a Template that are owned by others and identified as being under their own license.

"You" means the individual who obtains the Template or, if obtained on behalf of an organization, that organization.

2. License grant

Subject to these terms, Mammoth grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, modify, and incorporate Templates into End Products, and to distribute, sell, and monetize those End Products. If you are an organization, your employees and contractors may use Templates only for your End Products.

3. What you may do

You may:

(a) use Templates in unlimited personal, commercial, and client End Products;

(b) modify, reskin, extend, or rewrite any part of a Template;

(c) publish, sell, and monetize End Products on any platform, including app stores, Steam, console stores, and the web, including through ads and in-app purchases;

(d) build End Products for clients and deliver them, including their source code, provided the client uses that source code only to operate, maintain, and modify that End Product;

(e) use AI coding tools and assistants to read, modify, and extend Templates within your own projects;

(f) store Templates in private source repositories.

No attribution to Mammoth is required.

4. What you may not do

You may not:

(a) sell, sublicense, share, give away, or otherwise redistribute a Template, or any part of its source code or source assets, on its own or as part of any template, starter kit, asset pack, course, tutorial project, code library, or similar product, whether modified or not;

(b) make a Template, or an End Product's source code or source assets derived from a Template, publicly available, including in public repositories or on file-sharing sites. Code or assets unavoidably exposed when an End Product runs, such as compiled game files or client-side website code, are not a breach;

(c) rely on modifications to get around these restrictions; changing a Template, however substantially, does not permit you to redistribute it as a template or as source;

(d) use a Template, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models, or include it in any dataset, other than as permitted in Section 3(e);

(e) remove or alter license notices for Third-Party Materials;

(f) transfer this license, except together with the sale of an End Product or of your business, where the buyer agrees to these terms;

(g) imply that Mammoth endorses your End Product, or use Mammoth's names or logos without written permission.

5. Third-party materials

Some Templates include Third-Party Materials such as fonts, audio, or open-source libraries. These are identified on the Template's page or in its included files and remain under their own licenses, which govern your use of them. Where those licenses require attribution, you are responsible for providing it. End Products built with Godot Engine must include Godot's license notice as required by its MIT license; other engines and frameworks have their own terms.

6. Ownership

Mammoth and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Templates. This is a license, not a sale. You own your original work in your End Products.

7. Purchases, redemptions, and memberships

Templates you purchase or redeem, including through partner bundles, are licensed perpetually whether or not you hold a membership.

Templates you access through a membership may be used to start new End Products only while your membership is active. End Products you began while your membership was active remain licensed perpetually, including later updates and new releases of those same End Products.

Access to hosted downloads may require an active account or membership. Your license to Templates you have already obtained does not depend on that access.

8. Updates and support

Updates to Templates are covered by this license. Mammoth has no obligation to provide updates, support, or continued availability of any Template.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the affected Templates. End Products you distributed in compliance with this license before the breach may remain available, unless the breach relates to that End Product. Sections 4, 6, and 10 through 14 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing your End Products and for complying with the platform rules and laws that apply to them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mammoth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Mammoth's total liability for any claim relating to a Template or this license is limited to the amount you paid for that Template or, if accessed through a membership, the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Mammoth may seek injunctive relief in any court to stop unauthorized redistribution.

13. Changes to this license

Mammoth may publish new versions of this license. A new version applies to Templates obtained after it takes effect. Templates you already obtained remain under the version in effect when you obtained them, unless you accept a newer version.

14. Entire agreement

This license, together with the terms of any Third-Party Materials, is the entire agreement between you and Mammoth about Templates. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
