Claude Code gets dramatically better when it knows your project: the commands to build and test, the conventions that matter, and the things it must never touch. This kit gives you that in minutes. Six CLAUDE.md templates (web HTML/JS, Python, Godot 4, generic Unity, mobile, and data/analytics) are written the way good CLAUDE.md files actually work - short, concrete, command-first, with a clear "do not" list - not as walls of generic advice.

Ten slash commands (review, fix-issue, explain, commit, pr, test, refactor, plan, changelog, tour) use real frontmatter - description, argument-hint, allowed-tools - and inline ! shell context so Claude starts each task already looking at the diff, status or issue. Five settings.json files provide permission sets (base, web, python, godot, strict) with allow/ask/deny rules that keep secrets and destructive commands out of reach.

Everything is plain text you copy into your repo. A short guide explains where each file goes and how Claude Code loads it. Claude Code evolves quickly, so each file notes what to verify against the current documentation.
