The Lovable Community Forum Kit is a staged build plan for a real discussion forum in Lovable: public categories and topics, threaded replies with quoting and @mentions, reactions, accepted answers, unread tracking, full-text search, notifications with email, polls and image uploads, and a moderation console. A forum is a trust and safety problem as much as a feature problem, so the 13 prompts are organised around who can do what and what happens when someone behaves badly.

The included data-model.sql keeps every write behind an RPC (create_topic, create_post, toggle_reaction, flag_post and friends) so rate limits, link limits, trust levels, silencing and counters are enforced in one place. Category visibility is data (everyone, members, staff) enforced by row level security, flags can auto-hide a post until a moderator decides, edits keep revisions, search is full-text and respects RLS, and a nightly function promotes trust levels from real activity. Seed SQL creates a lively demo community with sixteen topics and a hundred posts.

A clickable prototype (topic list with unread state, thread page with composer, mentions, quoting, likes, accepted answers and flags, search with highlights, notifications, a moderator queue with audit log, profiles with trust progress) has a built-in persona switcher (visitor, member, moderator) to show how the same pages change by role, and a pack browser lets you search, copy and tick off each prompt offline.
