The Lovable CRM Kit is a staged build plan for a real, multi-user sales CRM in Lovable: contacts and companies, a drag-and-drop deals pipeline, a per-contact activity timeline, tasks and reminders, custom fields, CSV import and export, and a reports dashboard. It is a dense, data-first product, which is where generic prompts fall apart: tables, permissions and data integrity matter more than hero sections. The 12 prompts walk through it in a safe order, from design system and command palette to the final permissions and audit review.

The included data-model.sql does the hard parts properly: workspace tenancy on every row, roles stored only in a members table, record visibility (everyone or own records) enforced in the database, triggers that reject cross-workspace references and block reps from reassigning owners, deal status derived from the stage, fractional kanban ordering, an upsert RPC for imports with dedupe, pipeline summary RPCs and an audit log. Seed data covers a believable agency pipeline (5 teammates, 10 companies, 24 contacts, 13 deals, tasks and a ready-to-import CSV).

A clickable prototype (dashboard, contacts table with saved views and bulk actions, CSV import wizard, contact timeline, kanban board with keyboard moves and lost reasons, tasks, reports) is the visual spec, and a built-in pack browser lets you search, copy and tick off each prompt offline. Honest note: Lovable is an AI builder; review the schema and your permission model before storing real customer data.
