Signal is a portfolio for developers and design engineers who want to look sharp without a build step. A near-black, signal-lime design with oversized type opens on an animated, typed introduction and a floating code card, then moves through filterable project cards, skill bars, an experience timeline, writing and a contact form. It comes with three complete case-study pages (problem, process, figures, metrics and a next-project link) and a blog with search, topic filters and three full articles featuring code blocks with copy buttons and a reading-progress bar.

All cover art is original SVG, so there are no images to license. A light theme and a dark theme follow the visitor's system setting and can be switched manually. Everything is plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript.

The contact form validates, includes a honeypot and saves messages locally; one function marked with a TODO is all you change to post to a real service.
